"Big Fan ❣️"
I've been placing orders with this amazing company for a few years now. I adore everything they offer. Their products, their approach, the quality, and their outstanding customer support. If you need anything, they get back to you super quick. It's the healthiest red meat out there. The filets cook in no time and need garlic butter since they’re so low in fat! Alright, I’ll confess. I'm a big fan. Jeanette Fox. P.S. And the team’s awareness of environmental issues is commendable.

"Ellie's Review"
We've sampled some of our order, and most of it has been pretty decent, except for the sausage. It was loaded with fat and honestly, we didn't think it tasted good at all. Unfortunately, I had to toss out a portion that we didn't use. That sausage was just a waste of cash. I wouldn't suggest it. As for the other cuts, everything's been alright so far.

"Amazing Southwest Buffalo Meatloaf"
The Ribeye and Porterhouse steaks were top-notch as always. But the real treat was the meatloaf!! The seasoning hit just right, with a nice kick to grab your attention. The texture and taste? Man, I hope they keep this one around!! The prep instructions were right on the money...a definite 'Gold Star' winner 😎👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻😎

"Awesome Buffalo Meat"
For years, we've been enjoying Wild Idea Buffalo, and let me tell ya, it's a fantastic product with a compelling backstory. Once you give this Buffalo a shot, everything else you taste will just seem bland in comparison. And while you're at it, grab Dan's book about his transition from raising cattle to buffalo; it's truly an amazing tale!

"Top Buffalo Meat Choice"
I've sampled three other brands of ground buffalo (one was from a different online seller, another was a pre-packaged store brand, and the last one was an unknown store option). Honestly, none of those compared to Wild Idea in terms of leanness or flavor. When Wild Idea claims their ground is 95% lean, I totally trust that. I cooked up a pound for some spaghetti sauce, and after draining the fat, the remaining meat weighed in at 14.7 ounces.

"If only I had discovered Wild Buffalo earlier."
Top-notch meats for sure. The service is fantastic. I plan to get most of my meats from Wild Buffalo. I can't express how awesome this place is. I really wish I had come across you folks earlier. I run a Training for Warriors gym in Mahopac NY and I've been spreading the word to my members about how amazing this site is.

"Absolutely Amazing"
After diving into "Buffalo For the Broken Heart" and finding out how they take down the bison (not in a slaughterhouse), I figured I’d give it a shot, since that’s my main hang-up with meat - the awful conditions in those places.

Man, was I impressed. This is the best buffalo I’ve ever tasted (and buffalo is our go-to for red meat). It showed up perfectly frozen; super tender, juicy, and just the right amount of sweetness. I got the 5 oz. sirloin tenderloins, and I’ll definitely be back for more. The size is just right, and the flavor is out of this world. So stoked to have found Wild Idea.

"Tasty bison and awesome customer support."
Just made my initial purchase. The bison meat is top-notch. Those hot dogs? Way tastier than the ones at Whole Foods. Delivery was speedy and the service was fantastic. Kudos on your recipes! I'm diving into them this week. I'll be ordering again once I run out of bison.

"Fantastic Healthy Meat Option"
It arrived packed with ice and was still totally frozen. Pretty impressive since I was at work all day.

I ordered ground beef, organ meat, and a steak whose name escapes me. The reason I got this is that I had a blood Serotype test done, and it turns out my type processes bison better than regular beef.

Honestly, I don’t even miss the beef. I’m really loving it. It just feels good going down. Enriching, for sure. Plus, I’m happy to support the best ethical practices.

"Fantastic product and top-notch service!"
I got the starter bundle package. From the moment I made my order, I knew exactly when it would show up via FedEx. It came just as described and was totally frozen. The cooking instructions were included, plus there are recipes on the website. So far, I've only tried the burgers, and man, they were tasty! I'm really looking forward to sampling more of the products!

"Satisfied Bison Buyer"
My order was processed quickly. The shipping went just as they said, and the meat showed up still nice and frozen. Yesterday, I cooked a 10 lb. prime rib roast for 17 folks, and it turned out just right with loads of leftovers. Everyone was singing its praises! I followed the recommended rub and roasted it on a bed of onions and celery like they suggested. The outcome? Tender, tasty, and gorgeous slices. It was a real treat. Thanks for making our Christmas celebration such a big hit!
